Through our partnership with Halfords, our colleagues can choose from a wide range of bicycles and cycling equipment. Options are available not only at Halfords but also at Treadz and any independent cycling store approved by Halfords. This gives employees the flexibility to select the gear that best suits their needs.
The scheme allows employees to sacrifice a portion of their pre-tax income in exchange for the purchase of a bike and accessories up to the value of £750. This amount is then paid off over the 12 month hire period, enabling participants to benefit from significant tax savings and lower costs on cycling equipment.
