Ethics

At Marlowe, we only believe in responsible social and ethical behaviour and understand that we have a responsibility to all employees serving the company. We acknowledge our obligation to all our stakeholders to observe high standards of integrity and fair dealing.

We endeavour to earn trust every day by being honest in our dealings and always acting with integrity.

Code of ethics

At Marlowe, all employees are trained to conduct themselves ethically and professionally, adhering to the minimum requirements of relevant statutes.

Our code of ethics addresses crucial issues such as bribery, competition and antitrust, gift receiving, fraud, and conflict of interest. This code is supported by our whistleblowing policy, which allows employees to anonymously raise concerns and report breaches of the ethics policy.

Employees are well-informed about their protections when reporting these issues, fostering an open and transparent environment.

Sustainable procurement

We recognise that our supply chain extends beyond immediate suppliers, reaching manufacturers in regions with varying levels of regulation.

To ensure ethical sourcing, all suppliers must obtain Approved Vendor status by declaring the origin of their products and confirming their compliance with ILO conventions on employment practices and workplace safety.

This policy ensures that fair and safe working conditions are maintained throughout our entire supply chain, demonstrating our commitment to ethical sourcing practices.
