Recently, we’ve taken a more focused approach by shifting our support towards local charities that have a direct connection to our employees across the group. We actively encourage all employees to suggest donation opportunities that will have a meaningful impact within their communities.
To further empower our team, Marlowe operates a match funding policy, where we match the amount our employees raise, doubling their contribution to their chosen cause. Additionally, we offer sponsorships for projects, teams, and more, and we are excited to see even more requests for these in the future.
